Research Ireland are currently operating two grants management systems, SESAME and the IRC instance. Each system has separate login details, this is a temporary measure. Please ensure you are logging into the correct instance with your pre-registered details. If you don't have an account please contact your Research Office.
SESAME support is available weekdays between 9am-5pm (Dublin local time). Click the Helpdesk link on your portal to raise a ticket.
Please ensure:
- To use Firefox, Chrome or Edge browser for optimum SESAME compatibility.
- To use a stable internet connection.
- Pop-ups are ENABLED in your browser configuration.
- To not use the browser BACK button when navigating SESAME.
